â–¶This is now the third house that Sharlette Scott has sold for us. This particular sale was a little more involved than the first two in the current real estate market. Sharlette kept on top of everything so that this sale continued through quite a process to reach closing. Sharlette is a very experienced agent and prepared us for every step as the contract proceeded. She not only has a great work ethic, she communicated with all parties ( buyer's agent, the Title company, and us, as the sellers) with excellence. She worked countless hours with the most positive attitude too, even taking care of some things at the house while we were out of town. There is no doubt that we would utilize Sharlette's services again and highly recommend her to anyone, whether buying or selling a house.
