I own a few properties down south and worked with many realtors throughout the years but none of them were as qualified as Ahmad in our opinion. Having Ahmad Karain as our agent exceeded all of our expectations. He gave us confidence and made us feel like family. As a first time homebuyers, we were not familiar with the terminology or the process. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain every detail and all questions we had. He was very proactive and responsive throughout the entire process. I was in Miami when we started house hunting in the Orlando area and luckily found Ahmad. Since day one I got a strong sense that he was working to get me and my family a house we'd love. With me being out of town, it was kind of difficult but Ahmad made all the arrangements for me to be able to see properties we liked. He was very patient with us (me) and generous in giving detailed feedback and pointing us in a good direction, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided us through every step. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field, very qualified to give his advice and I could go on and on saying good things about him. If possible, I would rate him with 10 stars!!!
