•Josh was the ideal type of real estate agent to work with, especially considering we met him as Buyers of a property that he was selling. He did not push his property but from the start gave us candid advise based on our requirements and budget. He has 20+ years of experience in the industry and it is reflected in the precision of his work. Josh represented us as a Buyer of our new home and provided us with so much help with local inspectors, town and a list of go to's when moving and needing things done. He was so great that we also asked him to be the Selling agent of our existing home. Josh's attention to detail and network of Home stagers and Home contractors helped us to quickly put our house on the market and receive above asking. Even with the pricing of our house, Josh was prepared with comparable recent sales and able to guide us to price the home just right. Josh cares about the quality of service his customers receive. A day prior to one of our closings, our attorney had an unfortunately accident and Josh was quick to work with us, advise us and provide an alternative attorney to consult rather than going to closing without legal advise. In the end, the 5+ months we worked with Josh was great. He even came by after we settled into our new home to check in, provide us contacts and greet the kids. Josh is knowledgable, attentive and well connected. Could not have chosen a better agent to represent us.
