•Dena has bought and sold three houses for me and she is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. She always keeps me informed and on track. Even if there was a bump in the road on the other agents part she would always be the calming person to walk me through it and let me know that everything was going to be ok. Dena was an absolute bulldog when it came to our requests of the other agent and she always got what asked for. Even when the appraisal of the last house we were buying came in lower than our asking price and the seller wanted to split the difference, Dena came in and played hardball and we didn’t budge and the seller took our original offer saving us literally thousands and thousands of dollars. Thanks Dena, You’re the best!
