•We wanted to purchase a house, move then sell our previous home. Since we are retired military, we are using a VA loan and that can be difficult because there are some extra steps to go through. From the start we we amazed at how knowledgeable Amanda was and was answering question at all hours of the day/night. She was able to find several homes that met our requirements, but also did extensive research about the house's past figures, neighborhood stats and even concerns that we might have based on her knowledge of our needs and wants. I needed someone who would be super honest with me and not just agree with what I said - that was totally how she operates, and always backed it with multiple ways to look at each concern. She also must never sleep because she was working at all hours to find info, answer questions, call to update me with info. She helped us line up our offer, and buying the house went awesome. We then worked with her to prepare our old house for sale, she provided amazing ideas and suggestions - the house cleaned up, painted and was in such great shape. She suggested selling tips we would have never thought of. She lined up a professional photographer and published a perfect listing. Again, closing went super easy - we worked closely with Amanda and there were no issues. Overall Amanda handled both sales with such excellence, She had the perfect balance of being Nice and being a LION, at the same time and it was always in a graceful and positive manner - it was amazing to see and we were so excited to have her representing us. I absolutely want everyone to know how awesome Amanda is and I would go out of my way to recommend her services.
