I do not write reviews, but I personally have to write one for Deepak. He has been with us for the past 4 years, and during those years Deepak has built a good relationship with my family and I. Deepak has a good knowledge of the home buying process and does explain everything one step at a time. If you have any questions, he is more than happy to help, because part of the service is to educate you too, which is much appreciated!. He has an understanding of your ideal property, but he will show similar properties which may satisfy your requirements. He is very patient and will proactively work for you. He is very passionate about his work and there is no pressure he puts on you to purchase a property. I recall a a situation where we were in attorney review and there was some points that needed immediate attention. Just a simple call from me and he was in calls with the sellers agent, the sellers attorney and my attorney. Some how, what ever negotiation he did, he resolved it. What to us was a seamless process, Deepak was doing all the work in the back of the scenes. There are numerous qualities that Deepak has: Knowledge of home buying process, negotiations, patience, perseverance, financial analysis (rental vs mortgage analysis), very responsive to name a few. This is just a small number of qualities has. His wife, Pinky, is very professional and is so helpful. Pinky too has helped us considerable in showing properties and following up with information as requested. Any questions, she will answer them, or let you know asap. There have been occasions where she will accommodate you for seeing properties in a short period of time, much appreciated. We completed the home inspection very recently and we will be closing very soon. To those who reads this, I would recommend Deepak and Pinky and I would recommend people to him!
