•I have practiced law and closed major building projects with some of the largest brokers in New Jersey. She was as professional as any of them. Unfortunately she had to deal with a title company that seemed out of touch. Part of the difficulty is real estate laws in Florida out of touch
Marci went above and beyond for my sister-in-law, Marlene, and our family from Michigan. She was very knowledgeable about home sales (prices and market) in the Boynton Beach, FL area. She not only helped to coordinate a cleaning service to ensure the home was immaculate for the showings, but went to the house and stayed while the cleaners worked. The house sold in 1 day with multiple offers above asking price. Once under contract, Marci then helped us coordinate a packing & shipping company (given we were then back in Michigan) and again went to the house to help and sit with the packers to ensure all of Marlenes belongings were safely shipped to Michigan without incident. Through the process Marci kept us all informed about what was going on, so we never had to wonder or ask; she was proactive in telling us. Should the need ever arise, we would, without question, contact her and hope she could be our realtor. I am sure there are a ton of realtors in the area but you SHOULD choose Marci without hesitation and know you are in the best hands!!!
