I learned about Mary from my sister when she bought her home in 2018. I was very fortunate to have Mary as my agent when we recently bought our first home this July! Mary is very knowledgeable and is always readily available. We can't recommend her enough, thank you for all you've done!!

First thing I will say about Mary is.... she's the only realtor I would ever use. There were some behind the scene issues that caused a delay in the outcome, but Mary was always on top of contacting me and giving me a confident way of looking at the situation. She followed up on everything with no delays. Once again (Mary has brokered several properties for me and my children), I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. If anyone asks me for a recommendation, it will be Mary's name and number I will provide. Thank you!

The Century 21 team in Wakefield offered invaluable help and experience in selling my property and finding us a new family home. Mary was able to help us navigate through the entire process, taking great responsibility and care while acting on our behalf. The office/team was well equipt and consistently responded in timely manner. Could not make a stronger recommendation. Thanks again!!

Mary Kelly is an experienced, knowledgeable, and personable real estate professional. From our first to our last interaction with Mary on the sale of our Stoneham condo, she was supportive and forthcoming. Mary talked my husband and me through every step of the way. Mary listened and responded to our concerns and our preferences and our needs. We knew Mary was familiar with our building but not how much she knew about it and the units. We came to a comfortable asking price, and Mary worked to make that happen by assisting us from the beginning in doing what needed to be done to attract a buyer. My husband and I were so impressed with Mary's suggestions and with how quickly she made things happen. Through it all, Mary was calm and professional. That made us calm and collected. We definitely had full confidence in Mary. If asked, I will recommend Mary Kelly to friends and family. She knows the properties and the neighborhoods. She has the interpersonal skills to work with all kinds of people. She has made the connections with contractors and trades people to provide assistance to her clients with managing the unexpected problems that do arise when selling a house or condo. Mary Kelly is definitely a five star agent!

Mary was great throughout the entire process. She expertly handled staging, dealing with vendors for presale repairs, and negotiating with potential buyers to get me the best price for the property.

David’s lifelong experience with the North Shore was a true asset in helping me select a neighborhood to call home. He was quick to respond, a thorough communicator, and a strong negotiator with the other parties. I would highly recommend working with David for buying or selling a home.

I can not say enough good things about Mary. She is very knowledgeable, competent, and personable. She has exceptional demeanor and communication skills. She made the entire process of home buying a breeze. She is definitely the best in her field. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling their home. She is fair in her dealing and watches out for her client's interests. I have a few things in the condo that needed to be fixed right after closing and she is not hesitant to take care of them. Her support and commitment to helping the client even after the closing is much appreciated with gratitude. I am very impressed with her. She even brought a nice gift for me at the time of closing. Thank you so much Mary for all you have done for me. I can never repay your kindness and help!

Mary Kelly was the agent for my property I sold recently. She was extremely professional, helpful, open, transparent & very reliable through out the whole process. Mary was always a mere phone all or email away which gave me immense peace of mind. I have no hesitation in recommending Mary Kelly to anyone looking to do any real estate transactions as Mary is an excellent negotiator with a very personal touch.

David is wonderful! He was attentive and fully aware of all variables involved in the selling process. As I naturally lack real estate knowledge, David was understanding and happy to guide me through the process/next steps as needed. I'm excited to work with him in the near future. Thank you so much David!
