We began the house buying process a few months ago with Keith Miles as our realtor. We had a few hiccups with our loan officer during this time that caused the process to last longer. But Keith never gave up and was extremely amazing at following up and checking in with the loan officer regularly. With him doing this it gave us the hope that everything was going to work out. We closed on our home in August and are so happy we stuck with it. We would not have if we didn’t have such an amazing Realtor that is amazing at his job. This is my second home purchase with Keith. He is an amazing realtor and I consider him to be the absolute best at what he does. He’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, smart and efficient. Michelle is perfection when it comes to all things real estate. Meeting Michelle for the first time, I knew she would be a great match for us - her top qualities are her high energy, quick replies, and knowledge of the industry. Her bright personality is great when you spend so much time looking for the perfect home -- in our case, three months of searching and she kept us motivated and enthusiastic through the whole thing. On day one she got our contact preferences, set up a group text, and made sure we could reach her via email. We never went more than a few minutes without a text reply to our questions, and even more complex emails were usually addressed in less than an hour. She must have some kind of super powers, because I don't know how she was always there for us and always a happy face no matter the circumstances. In the end, she helped us find the diamond in the rough that we were looking for. She didn't stop there, helping us through the closing process, explaining all the documents and helping us get answers, and of course celebrating with us. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a realtor who can keep moving at a fast pace, cater to your needs, and make you feel comfortable with the whole process.
