Carol Strauss was very knowledgeable with the market from our first sit down meeting. Her presentation was thorough and very factual. Once we made the decision to list our home with Carol, we felt very relaxed that we were, indeed, in very good hands. She was always available anytime we reached out to her. Her years of experience in the business was evident. She knows what she's doing! We were concerned with the timing as Covid hit just after we listed our home. Carol kept our fears at bay and we had showings (at a reduced level in the beginning) but as things opened up, we had more showings and had a contract! Carol's negotiation skills were spot on -- her recommendation of a real estate lawyer so well received. We felt like a whole team! We closed on our home and everything went beautifully and without a hitch. It had been 31 years since we bought our home so we really needed someone we could trust and be there for us all the way.
