•JaQuaine Coe was referred to me and my husband in August of 2017. At the initial meeting at our home in Hyde Park, MA, Mr. Coe was very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market; although we were not really looking to sell, Mr. Coe took a look around and told us exactly what he could sell our home for and it was a price we could not pass up. We agreed for him to start the process and lo and behold, our home was listed and before we can have an open house, an offer came in above the listed price - one we could not refuse. Our home was sold within 60 days. Mr. Coe was also involved in the purchasing of a new home for us. He sent us listings, did the visits and at the end help with the negotiations and gave us advice on obtaining financing. We enjoyed working with JaQuaine Coe on both selling and buying our homes. Thank you.
