•We were first time home-buyers, new to the city, with zero knowledge of the housing market, neighborhoods, fees and process of looking and buying a house, and we had an unreasonably long must-have list. Prior to Mike, we had interviewed other realtors, but they were all very pushy, they wanted us to buy A house, Mike wanted us to buy OUR house. Long story short, we saw roughly 60 houses with Mike over 11 months, and not once did he ever make us feel like we burdened him, or we were taking up too much of his time. He even ended a couple family trips early to come back and show us house the day they hit market. To top it off, Mike is incredibly knowledgable and has an eagle eye while doing walkthroughs of houses. He is an all around amazing realtor to have on your team, highly recommend.
