She started by presenting a well-researched comparative market analysis to us, and getting us up to speed on the current market. She explained what buyers in our price range are looking for and how to maximize the appeal of our home. We're out-of-town owners, and were grateful to Olya for being very hands-on and detailed in preparing the house for sale.
