•Ramona was so wonderful. I was moving mom into a 55 plus community in San Marcos and was surprised that even those properties were having multiple offers on them. Ramona was able to help us with the negotiation beating out several other offers to help secure the property, as well as enlighten us to lots of things to look for in the 55 plus communities and how they differ in San Diego county. I have no doubt that without her we would not have secured the property for mom who has not moved in 50 plus years, and the entire process could have been even more difficult. I would use Ramona again without hesitation. She was patient, kind, and an incredible resource from helping locate movers to unload, to home inspection as well as repair persons for targeted repairs discovered. If there was something she did not have an answer to, she told us, and then proceeded to find the answer. By definition, an expert is someone that can find all of the answers.......Ramona was this for us.
