•Krystal found us our new house in the neighborhood we wanted to be in the same day we contacted her. She set us up with a walkthrough two days later and we made an offer another two days after that which was accepted by the seller. Krystal worked with us through the whole process. Coordinating and helping with the lender, the closing agent, the appraiser and the home inspector. As a first-time home buyer, much of the experience was foreign to me. Krystal did an amazing job managing expectations and walking us through the process from beginning to end.
Krystal Pranno helped us relocate from New York to Florida. She showed us around the area and didn’t pressure us at all. With her help, we ended up purchasing a brand new home. The process went smoothly and we were really grateful for all of her expertise and patience in getting us through the whole process. I would definitely use her services again.
