I was referred by Martha Jimenez when I was...

I was referred by Martha Jimenez when I was moving from NYC to Miami. At the beginning I was looking to live in Kendall and I came one weekend and Martha dedicated her entire weekend to show me houses. Unfortunately, I was still undecided on the location where I wanted to purchase my first home in south Florida. Martha was extremely patient and understanding that I could not rush on such a big step in my life. I stopped my search but then started again a couple of months later and decided on the location and found my dream home. Martha again dedicated all of her time and attention to me. She was very responsive and showed me all the listings I wanted to see. During the process Martha was there every step of the way to answer all of questions and help negotiate a price. I highly recommend Marta!
