When I was looking to downsize I told Shana exactly what I was looking for, and she delivered. When ever we scheduled a meeting she was always prompt. Shana is a very professional at all times, with a big smile that makes you feel good even on a bad day. I have recommended her several times, and will do so in the future. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. She earned five stars from me on every category.
