Mitzi was incredibly helpful in helping me find and buy my first home. As a first time home buyer the whole process can be very confusing and overwhelming but Mitzi helped to explain everything along the way. She is very flexible with work schedules and never tries to push you to buy a house you do not want. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. She also responds in a timely fashion to any questions you have during the entire process. If you want a Realtor that makes the home buying process less stressful and focused entirely on finding a house that you truly want, then Mitzi is the one to go with.

I was truly impressed and pleased with my home buying experience with Mitzi as my agent. Mitzi was a God-send when we were started our house hunting in California (we were living in Texas at the time). She navigated us through some pretty turbid waters from issues that arose at the last minute and were not taken care of by the mortgage company. On our first morning back in California Mitzi was at the title company with us when we closed the loan. You simply cannot go wrong with Mitzi by your side on your house hunting expedition.

Mitzi was extremely accommodating with both of our full time work and school schedules. She never presented a house outside of our price range, and she made us feel like the entire process was really about us. She was very in tune to not only our budget, but what we wanted and what we didn't want in our house. The house that we ended up buying was actually a house that she found because she knew we loved the neighborhood-- she essentially dropped everything in her schedule to drive all the way from Lincoln to Sacramento to show us the house. She was constantly on top of EVERYTHING through the entire process, and I don't see why we would ever go to any other realtor ever again. Thanks Mitzi!

Mitzi helped me sell my old home and skillfully navigated the home buying process of a new build. So many bumps and set backs by the builder but she was a great advocate. She even helped us look at other homes when we felt like maybe the new build wasn't right for us after all. After all off the ups and downs in real estate she was amazing and ontop of it all. She definitely does her best to make the process as easy as possible.

We have under house since January and I can still contact her anytime about anything that I need and she's there for us. She is so kind and knowledgeable!
