During the pandemic, she braved the wilds and showed me several properties! It was only fitting that I called on her to sell my property post-pandemic. It was only listed a day WHEN IT SOLD! Throughout everything (the showings and the sale), her integrity and professionalism was beyond reproach! It has been a pleasure dealing with her thus far, and I only hope to offer her more of my business in the future!!!

Sometimes people don't trust real estate agents, but not Shannon. We trusted her right away because we felt her authenticity. She helped us show our house to the best of its ability to sell right away. She was always there when we needed her and couldn't have asked for a better agent.

As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge of the market or even buying a house. Shannon explained everything very thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. She always got me in to view a property as soon as available, was very honest and knowledgeable about the condition of the house, and whether it would be worth placing bid based on what I was looking for in a home. She has been a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying a home especially in this crazy market. She is awesome!

Adam went above and beyond the normal agent. I live in a different state and had no one to rely on to handle things that I would of been able to if I lived in state. Adam meet and paid contractors pulled up carpet and removed old counter tops to save me money. I could go on but he is an out standing agent.

We were connected with Shannon back in 2012 when we were looking to buy our home in Grand Blanc, and she put SO much work into finding great homes that fit our profile, and we were able to see several in one day because of her great planning. We bought a house relatively quickly back then thanks to her, so when we were looking to sell that same house now in 2021, we had to give her a call back. Shannon was always in contact, very communicative, and never let us down the entire way through. She gave great advice, and we were able to sell our home for much more than we expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to either buy OR sell. She's fantastic!
