As for my husband and i being first time home buyer's. we had very little knowledge of the market or even buying a house. Shannon explained everything very thoroughly and was always available to answer questions. She got us in to view the couple properties we did look at very quickly. she was very honest and knowledgeable about the condition of the house, and whether it would be worth placing bid based on what we were looking for in a home. She has been more then a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying a house. especially with the market being so crazy. She’s awesome.
