•I had a very difficult situation with this transaction. First I lost both my parents within a year, mom March 2022 and dad February 2022. Dad wanted to use Connie as she is a neighbor of theirs. Next up, only mom was on title with no will or trust, probate for me. Unknown to me, she did a forbearance with the lender the year before her passing and when it was time to make payments, dad's social security wasn't enough to make the payment. I have a household of my own and couldn't take this on, it was a race against foreclosure. We were in escrow 5 times loosing buyers that didn't want to wait for the probate process. I was awarded Administrator by the court and finally we were able to complete a sale. On top of this, I live 400 miles from the property and had to empty the house. If there is any advice I can give is get your affairs in order. Thank you for everything Connie, you went above and beyond.
