•Priscilla sold my mom and dad their home 25 years ago. When the time came when my mom needed to move out- I reached out to her. She had maintained annual contact and check-ins for all of those years! This says so much about her character, organization and thoughtfulness. Aside from being in the business through so many years. I live on the west coast and there were many things to prepare prior to putting the home on the market. Jackie and Priscilla were always available and had excellent suggestions on what would most benefit the sale. We planned for months in advance and when we finally listed had multiples over-list in the first weekend. Priscilla and Jackie planned the timing of the sale thoughtfully. They understand their market extraordinarily well. We had a smooth transaction and closing. They were creative in their negotiation skills. It can be very stressful selling a family home. Being on the opposite side of the country, I was extra apprehensive. I cannot emphasize enough the incredible ease and lack of stress that I encountered. Everything was handled. No hiccups in the timeline. You’re in very good and caring hands with this team- besides being elevated real estate professionals- they are both caring, thoughtful and kind woman. Thank you Priscilla & Jackie!
