On my second closing with Maya, there were multiple offers at the same time which benefited me in the end. Also, my property was in original condition, needed repair, had no balcony, no ocean view and she still got me a fast sale with a good price. It's easy to sell something that is perfect, staged, etc. It's a lot harder to sell something that needs a lot of work, does not show well and does not have the best view...But she did it by finding the right type of buyer who was total renovation oriented. She also has a lot of industry contacts for anything you might need including renovations, furnishings, decorations, designers, etc. I highly recommend her for everything from studios to mansions.
