•Thomas was very thorough in going through the initial paperwork for how the working relationship would go. He did a great job with the comps and choosing a listing price (above what we were expecting even!) that fit in well with the market. He was very quick in getting the photography, and writing the listing. He even sent it to us for approval to see if we wanted to add or change anything before going live, and I really liked that. Our listing went live super late on a Friday, and by Saturday we had 3 requests for showings on Monday. By Monday night we had three offers to look through. He was quick to handle any questions or issues that arose through the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their home!
