I reached out to Jeff about selling or renting my condo. With the current market (2021) I really didn't know what to do. Speaking with Jeff, he came prepared with facts and numbers - along with different options that were relevant for me. I ultimately decided to sell after speaking with my CPA and Jeff was there to help me the rest of the way. While I inquired in October 2021, I was preparing to move and we listed the condo in January. He had recommended photographers, though I did not love the photos - it did just the work - the photos intrigued many! Jeff was super communicative and there through the whole process. I did not for one moment think I was doing it alone. The condo was on the market a week and there were many final offers. We diligently went through them all and after selecting one I closed pretty quickly - without delay! There were some minor challenges on my end but Jeff was there to reassure me and help with the anxiety and stress. 10/10 would recommend.
