Anyone who’s ever bought, sold, or built a house knows how insanely stressful it can be. That’s why having the right realtor is everything, and we honestly loved working with Barbi Schramm from Presidio Real Estate! She’s based in Utah County but works all over the state, and she has been an absolute game-changer for us. She managed to sell our place in Davis County crazy fast and for top dollar, all while effortlessly keeping our new build on track. She is hands-down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Barbi is incredibly organized, so kind, and just a total powerhouse who gets things done, but she always kept us in the loop so we never felt left in the dark. Literally every piece of advice she gave us paid off. If you want a smooth, stress-free experience with someone who will truly be on your side and treat your money like her own, do yourself a massive favor and hire her!

Champion agent!
Barbi helped in so many ways on this purchase. She kept me in the loop with all the information from the builders and then last minute we had issues with our builders lender, and she encouraged the builders to drop the purchase price because of the inconvenience to us. She made the deal happen!!

Very pleasant and gets the job done
Barbi helped us purchase this home 6 years ago, and when it was time to sale there was never a question about using her again. She sold this house very fast during a time when homes weren't selling. She has also helped us get into our dream house. I would absolutely recommend her!

Amazing and Personal
Devere was fantastic to work with as a realtor. She helped us sell and buy a house all within 2 months! Which is insane in this market! We loved our first home but really wanted to expand to someplace with a bigger yard. She was able to help us find our dream home in our price range with all of the important check boxes we needed. We are thrilled. While it was an emotional rollercoaster she was always there to listen and help clarify things. She was prompt to respond and it helped us have peace in such a tumultuous time! We loved working with her and if she hadn’t gotten us in our forever home we would totally work with her again!

Great experience working with Barbi!

She knows the ins and outs, explains things thoroughly with nothing but patience for the uneducated like me, she’s not afraid to go to bat for you and fight for your cause, and she’s just a pleasure to be around; professional but genuine and fun.
