Landing TJ as my realtor was pure luck. This was my first time buying a home and I was anxiety-ridden at the thought, especially doing so from out of town. TJ and his team were top-notch professionals that took the utmost care with my concerns. He walked me through every step of the process and respectfully answered all my questions. His professionality was above par. I’ll admit I’m picky, so the fact he showed due diligence finding my ideal locations/properties was impressive. He ventured all over Orlando, Kissimmee etc. doing virtual tours all throughout the weeks— He kept me updated and checked-in regularly even while we were waiting to close. TJ went above and beyond his realtor “duties” helping me understand the local area I’ll be living in and helping me locate reputable services for my home.
