Ranjit made homebuying easy especially for a first time homebuyer. He explained everything and made it easy for a first time buyer to understand. After seeing the first house, and talking for a bit he knew exactly what was looking for in a home and he nailed it at the end. He is an easy going guy and will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need. I was very fortunate, to have Ranjit along what is usually scary journey. Ranjit Wasu was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible and arranged for house viewings around our schedule for several weeks. We probably looked at a dozen houses. We ended up finding a house we liked before the covid19 pandemic hit the area and we signed the initial paperwork. This is someone who goes the extra mile time and time again. I had a very complicated situation needing to sell a home to close and we had a number of disappointments having gone into escrow on multiple houses, but Darryl never lost faith and was always in a great mood. A great family man and if you want someone who is not only trustworthy but good at what he does and is a tireless worker then I don't think you can do better. 5 stars is not enough. He should get 10!!!!
