Looking for home in a foreign land (Born and raised in the mountains of colorado i,e, Denver - and Cape Coral is about as different as you can get) we found Dan online via his amazing website with all the nuances of this area. (bridge heights, access and time to get anywhere by boat) We had a budget and and online idea of what we wanted, Dan started us out by scheduling 6 showings the first day.
