Renee Malachowski is a Top-Notch, Professional Realtor

I was assisting my mother with the sale of her home. Prior to meeting Renee we listed her home with another broker which resulted in very little activity. After our contract had expired I did some research on other realtors and Renee peaked my interest. I contacted Renee, she gathered information and we set up a time to meet the following day. Renee came very well prepared to educate, answer questions, give feedback. Renee came with comps of other homes in the area, had a packet with the pertinent information, laws, and regulations in the real estate world. Renee provided tips and suggestions that would make her home more appealing. She provided us with a timeline and strategy of tasks she would do including signage, MLS listings, mailings, open house(s), ect. At the end of our time together my mother was so very impressed and felt extremely comfortable with Renee’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and timeline she immediately signed with Renee, on May 22 Renee had professional pictures taken of the home, property, and amenities, listed the property, put a sign in the window, had an open house the following week. The first open house didn’t result in a buyer, but Renee did not give up, she had two more open houses which did result in a buyer, closed on August 15. One of the things that impressed us about Renee was her personable and professional demeanor. She listened, communicated everything via email, text, or phone in a timely manner, was available for us at any time, and genuinely cared.  Renee impressed me with how she cared for my mother, taking time with her to ensure she understood everything, made sure she had all her questions answered, and felt comfortable with the decisions that were made, made her feel a part of the process. We believe my mom’s home sold due Renee’s hard work, dedication, and passion she has for real estate. Thank you Renee for all you did in making the sale of my mother’s home possible, it truly wouldn’t have happened without you.
