Being out of state buyers, Maria was great clearing her schedule for us when we were able to be in town to view properties. She never hesitated when we wanted to see a property. COVID came and disrupted everything except the same smooth service from Maria. We turned to shopping virtually with FaceTime, videos and photos. She provided the same professional service in person but now online. We ended up placing an accepted offer on a property without seeing it in person, but we never hesitated. With the FaceTime, videos and constant communication with Maria, it felt as though we were there in person. I would highly recommend Maria for any real estate needs. My experience with Maria Azuaje was nothing short of Amazing. Her knowledge in Real Estate is wide & varied. She was able to put me at ease when selling my condo during Covid. I live in Canada & Maria not only Sold my condo but also packed all mine & my husband's belonging & had it stored away. Maria did get us a good price but the 1st offer was not accepted due to no fault of Maria. We cant wait to meet her on our trip back to Florida when it is safe to do so. Maria Azuaje is an extremely good real estate agent. She knows the process of house sales very well. She also knows the area. She takes the time to talk to you about your goals, likes and dislikes and can recommend a specific area that makes your personality. This is what happened with us. We were looking at an area south of Tampa. She had patience with us and shows us the area and houses. At the end of the day, after she got to talk to us about our goals, she recommended areas north of Tampa. This proved to be valuable as that is where we found our home.
