Being out of state buyers, Maria was great clearing her schedule for us when we were able to be in town to view properties. She never hesitated when we wanted to see a property. She takes the time to talk to you about your goals, likes and dislikes and can recommend a specific area that makes your personality. This is what happened with us. We were looking at an area south of Tampa. She had patience with us and shows us the area and houses. At the end of the day, after she got to talk to us about our goals, she recommended areas north of Tampa. This proved to be valuable as that is where we found our home.
