Mr. Barefoot purchased my home and made a very generous offer despite its extensive damage and required repair work. He allowed us to stay in it rent-free until we closed on our new home, even though the closing process was delayed. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process and went WAY beyond the call to help us out when we moved. This was much appreciated because we’re disabled senior citizens. He even found a crew who transported our pet potbellied pig after the person we hired pulled a moving-day no-show, and caught and secured a pet kitty who had escaped her carrier. We were able to recover our beloved family member that we feared was lost forever. He is wonderful to deal with in every way, and I highly recommend him to other house sellers and buyers. Your selling process will be painless and there won’t be any unpleasant surprises along the way.
