We would highly recommend Daryl! He was such a pleasure to work with from his knowledge to his patience and everything in between. The current market is very challenging to say the least. A home came on the market while we were out of town. We knew we could trust him to go on an appointment without us and keep us looped in virtually and give us his professional opinion. Our trust had grown so much with Daryl and he knew what we were looking for. We were able to put in an offer without visiting it in person ourselves. We just closed and are over the moon happy with our new home. It could not meet our needs and wants more! You won't find a better realtor to travel through this market with.

Just the realtor any first time buyer needs!
Being a first time buyer I was anxious through the whole process. Rafe handled everything and really eased my concerns. He walked me through every step and answered the many questions I had along the way. He was extremely professional, accommodating and knowledgeable . Excellent ! Amazing ! Just ideal for me !
I had the pleasure to buy my my home in Orlando on an online basis due to current scenario and also because I was out of the country. Rafe has been just amazing, very detailed orientated and he knew exactly my preferences and what I was looking for. I flew to Orlando the day of the closing and went to see for the first time the house and it was just amazing ! Everything has been smoothly sort it out all the papers ready to sign and I have to THANK YOU Rafe for all you did !
