Katarinas knowledge was very helpful as a first time home buyer! She was available to answer any questions we had right away, and was very professional throughout the whole process. Katarina was one of the best real estate agents that Frank and i have ever had and we've bought and sold a lot of properties over the years. She has gone out of her way to make our buying experience as stress free as possible and she has gone above and beyond her call of duty. We purchased our new condo sight unseen. Katie was our eyes . She sent us numerous listings to look at and personally went to the condos that we were interested in. When we decided on the one that we purchased, she had the seller replace and fix anything that we asked her to. She went to the condo the day before to do the walk thru for us while on FaceTime.
