Justin was on a list provided by "Dave Ramsey ELP (endorsed local provider). We were not disappointed. Justin is professional, excellent communicator and understands the market we were selling in. He laid out a very easy plan, told us what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. We had a few curve balls thrown our way but Justin handled them with grace. Liz was the perfect agent for my wife and I! She worked around our hectic schedule and was quick to respond anytime we needed to get in touch with her. I was new to North Carolina, and Liz was excellent at sharing information about the local area while we were driving to and from house viewings. She was infinitely patient as she helped me determine what was truly important to me in a new home. She was always professional, knowledgeable, and her negotiation skills impressed me. She took care of everything she possibly could, and educated me on the things I needed to do on my own (like researching neighborhoods to determine if I would feel safe).
