Dayna Dallas is responsible, reliable, dependable, professional, and hard working. She is patient, a good listener, and is always available to answer your call. Dayna has made this whole experience of purchasing a home much easier. I had a piece of mind knowing that she was at my side the entire time. She is very knowledgeable about the trending housing market, the buying process, and the Do's and Don'ts when purchasing a home. We found Dee through an online directory, and...

We found Dee through an online directory, and specifically were looking for someone that would work with us remotely since we were moving to the area. We were hoping to find someone who not only would help us located houses, but also help us through the process since we were not going to be in town during the whole process. Dee was absolutely wonderful during the house hunting process, he listened to what we were looking for, and sent us relevant listings. My wife flew down to spend a couple of days with him looking at properties, and not only was he incredibly respectful to her, but he always made sure to include both of us when working through any questions/discussions. He did not treat either of us like one of us was in charge, but legitimately treated us like we were both equal decision makers. Once we found a house that we wanted to make an offer on, he was very informed about the buyer’s intentions from speaking with the seller’s agent and made us recommendations on how to move forward. He managed to get an offer accepted that was better than we expected – especially in this market. The best part of the story comes following the offer being accepted. We had a number of issues leading up to closing with the title not being clear, and some other minor difficulties. He was there every step of the way, using his determination and persistence to ensure that everything would go as smoothly as possible. He completed the final walkthrough and arranged a remote closing for us. We put faith in him during this process, and he did not let us down. We would very highly recommend Dee if you are looking for a reliable, dependent, trustworthy agent in this area.

Great first-time experience!

Evie helped us sell our mother's home after her passing; this was our first time to sell a home and an emotional time as well, but Evie walked us through each step of the way, through many ups and downs, with compassion and enthusiasm. She is very hard-working, energetic, encouraging and knowledgeable. Her years of experience and her heart for people make her a perfect choice for navigating the real estate market. We were very satisfied with how it all turned out. Evie has great ideas but also listens to your needs and wants, and patiently answers all your questions. If we ever buy or sell in this area again, for sure Evie will be our agent!

Dee was very professional and knowledgeable of...

Dee was very professional and knowledgeable of the market and sold our house very quickly. He also helped us purchase a house during one of the most challenging times to purchase a home. He was always ready to show us a house and was very aggressive in placing offers. We are in our new home now and we would like to thank dee and his team for all the hard work

Kaitlin’s knowledge and willingness to take the time to throughly explain the process was top notch and she went above and beyond to answer questions and to follow up throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.
