Absolutely my pleasure to have worked with Nicole over the purchase of my condo. She not only followed up with me on time, each time, she went the extra mile to be flexible to meet my constrained availability. She is professional, knowledgeable, and set the expectation with me regarding what is coming up next. I cannot begin to explain how competent Nicole is. At the risk of sounding like a cheesy infomercial actor, I have to say she has gone above & beyond her job description. It's clear she loves her job. She was there every step of the way with me. Everything from staging my house for the sale, to taking professional pictures, to gathering 30 potential buyers to come to my open house the weekend after my condo was listed, and then we ended up having to cancel that open house because I got an offer on my place FOUR DAYS after it went on market. An offer that was ABOVE asking price. That sale was completed quickly & smoothly, and was the highest price a condo had sold in that complex in about 10 years. Then about 24-48 hrs later I found my dream house. Not only did I get way below asking price for it but the seller made some updates as well. Had a lot of problems with my loan company & Nicole swooped in with all sorts of solutions. She is very knowledgeable - everything from interior decorating to septic system codes & regulations. I highly recommend her!
