•Professionalism Par Excellence Sam is by far the most professional and astute real estate agent with whom I have had the pleasure in meeting and working through the sale and purchase of my home. I do not say this lightly. In my life I have met many real estate agents with both good and bad experiences. Sam is a solid professional. Sam doesn't not speak "out of school," she does not blow smoke hoping to get your business or patronize her clients. When Sam speaks, she speaks with facts and data and easily shows that she has done her homework. She not only knows the current market but also is exceptional in being astute to read the trends of the market. Sam will provide a great experience and can rely on her knowledge and professionalism.
I met Samantha years ago when I first saw her on TV and saw that she was a young, very savvy, real estate agent who can hang with the big boys. We were planning to move to the Fort Lauderdale area from California but had no idea of areas or markets to begin. Samantha took us under her wing and understood immediately what we did and didn't want; showed us three homes which didn't do it for my husband and then told us she knew of a home that was not on the market yet, but suggested we see it as it would be perfect. Sure enough it was! However Sam was quick to bring up all the faults of the home so we would be aware. We purchased it anyway and was thankful Sam found the exact neighborhood we were seeking. In two years she sold that house in ONE day! She found us a larger home with more canal frontage - it was a dream home. Three years later Samantha negotiated a fantastic price for our large home and guided us into downtown Fort Lauderdale. It was time to travel and we required a home we could close up and go but also wanted all the amenities a luxury building could give. Never living in an apartment or condo Samantha suggested we rent one for a year or two and decide if this new way of life suited us - she knew us well and knew it would. Again she found a large condo in what I think is the best luxury condo in downtown FL. A year later after always keeping in close contact with us she found the condo she knew we would love - and we did. We are so happy with all the advice, knowledge and kindness Samantha has given us. She is on the top of her game and has clever marketing skills as well as close associations with many of our local realters. I trust her moral code and expertise completely. There must be a reason she is asked to appear on many of the cable network business shows.
