If I could give 6 out of 5 I would!!! A Knowledgeable expert in her field, Evelyn took me step by step through this complicated process, and negotiated a great deal for me!! She was able to even negotiate a warranty type of thing where we were able to replace the water heater completely covered and fixed for our washer, dryer, and fridge! Evelyn is the best!
