•Kate presented a thorough, easily understandable market analysis to us. Her initial recommendations turned out to be exactly what we needed to sell our property quickly but at the best price and most reasonable closing requirements. But, she went so far above and beyond what one would expect of a real estate agent. She helped me get through some unexpected situations that impacted selling the property - a broken wrist requiring surgery and an unexpected death in family the week we were supposed to list. She took everything in stride and took it upon herself to personally help me with the unexpected life challenges I was facing. I sadly now have to sell the house from my brother’s unexpected death and Kate found the perfect agent in her company to assist me, and continues to oversee the process.
