Alishia found this for sale by owner property and helped me with the paperwork, easy sale, no issues, closed in a few weeks. This property will be rehabbed and then resold on the market in a month. Quick turn-around. Thank you Alishia for all your hard work!

smooth sale, Alishia knows a lot about foreclosures and bank properties, we got this house at a good price and rehabbed the home, then turned around and resold for a profit, Alishia has an eye for potential.

Finding foreclosures worth buying is what this agent specializes in, she finds a home, runs numbers and tells me if the house is worth buying or not, she has never steered me wrong, I love working with Alishia and will continue to do so.
