They were extremely accommodating to my schedule and masters at communication and responding to my questions. As Shawna is from the area I was looking to buy a home in, her knowledge about the local market was top-notch. Shawna also personally drove out to my pending home to check the meters for me when I was having an issue with starting utility services, so I did not have to make an extra trip in from Cleveland. Lauren was good at communicating through either email, text, or phone call. She helped me with my next steps after the initial contract was signed and kept me up to date on the progression of everything. She never pressured me into making an offer on any home we tour until she knew I was certain I loved the home. I loved that she let me take my home buying experience at my speed.

Denise communicated on a regular basis with houses she thought I would be interested in. Even if I found one, she was fast to get a date to check it out. Denise was not pushy she took her time going through the houses with me. She did not try to get me to buy something that I was not happy with. Denise explained the entire process to me. She even found a lender that had less fees. She did not get frustrated when I asked to look at a house again or the house I was in for 5 minutes and knew it was not right. She truly gets excited to along with her buyers as they explain what they want to do, painting. Flooring and ect. I highly recommend her. Denise also let's you ask anything. Even though you feel it is a stupid question. She never got frustrated and would explain the answer until you understood. She was a true blessing on my 1st and last home I will ever purchase. I can not say enough about the amazing treatment I got from the beginning to the end. She was very knowledgeable about what was available and how they would go.
