This is my second time utilizing Alishia and her skills in purchasing & selling a home. She is completely knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions. She is prompt in every aspect of timelines, working with my lender, & genuinely working with and around my schedule (which is literally always chaos). She is so personable, friendly, and honestly can tell she just loves her job and helping/working with people. I purchased my second home in a private sale as she sold my home she was also ensuring i was protected and knowledgeable in purchasing my next adventure. She walked me through paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. The process of selling my home on the fly, going through the lender process, and purchasing the home of my dreams was such a smooth process in that aspect with having her on my side. I really cant say enough positive things about her!! I don't plan on moving anytime soon, BUT if i ever do and want to go through the smoothest and most enjoyable encounter again i will absolutely be giving her a call!
