•Susan and her entire Team demonstrated an ability to timely evaluate, develop plans and cooperatively execute the plans resulting in successful solutions to the various issues, large & small, that arose during the course of the purchase process. The Team members themselves demonstrated their high level of training and experience and also projected a genuine concern for favorable outcomes with their consistent responsiveness. Based on the initial experience, we look forward to a continuing business relationship...
I was thrust into managing five condo's in Perdido Key after the sudden passing of my dad. They sold him the condos and they managed the vacation rentals. I had no idea what to do but they took the time to get me up to speed and helped me along the way. As we began to sell the condos, they handled every aspect of the viewings, inspections, repairs, onboarding the new owners and more. We had a particularly difficult property to sell in a down market with high interest rates, Susan, Valerie and her team made this look easy, even with a wave of issues that came up that should have derailed any other deal. The time they spend with the buyers to educate them on the business in critical to putting together these transactions. Highly recommend Susan, Valerie and the entire team.
