Amazing Real Estate Broker!

Earl Greer is a godsend! My father passed away and I inherited two properties in New Mexico, I live in Texas. One of the properties was located in Elephant Butte. Not long after inheriting the home the water heater busted and ran for several days flooding the house. Earl was recommended to me from one of the people in the restoration crew, as I had mentioned wanting to sell the house. Earl was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He helped me find a great contractor for getting the house repaired and ready for sell. He never missed a detail. He was amazing on helping me get things done, since I was only there every couple of months. He made the process of getting the house ready to sell, the listing, offer negotiation and then the closing process incredibly easy. He was there for me every step of the way. Earl definitely went above and beyond my expectations. He is a top notch! I would highly recommend him!
