•We had a buyer who brought in an inspector from across the state line that was not familiar with our codes in our area. Cathy was able to prove most of the things the inspector said were not up to code infact were not code required in our area. She challenged a low appraisal and won. We then had a underwriter for the mortgage unfamiliar with permits and requirements in our area. Cathy once again took on the task of providing the documentation of what they were requesting was not warranted nor needed and able to get our closing done. It was a challenge to get to the finish line but Cathy never gave up and kept fighting for us getting the deal complete. You will want a Bull dog in your corner not a Pomeranian.
