•We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate! Many are licensed realtors, but few are as thorough and cultivated in the field as Eric. He truly has your interests in mind and will go to work for you.
