•I came to know Kalyn Noble when I was searching for a Home to buy in Lake County California, in late 2021. She was the listing Agent for a property I was interested in. At the time I was not formally represented by any Real Estate Professional. After meeting with Kalyn regarding that property, ( which honestly I really wasn't all that interested in, but was curious about just the same ), I was so impressed by Her knowledge of the Lake County Real Estate Market, I asked Her if she was interested in Representing me in my search for a New Home. She agreed and the personal search I had been conducting, entered into High Gear. She listened carefully to just what it was I had in mind, what my financing was, and various other criteria that would come into play should we find a suitable prospect. During this time I became further impressed by Kalyn's knowledge of the Business of Real Estate Acquisition, Sale's, and Procedures. It wasn't long before we located a property I was extremely interested in. Unfortunately so were a number of other people. It turned into a fight, a fight that could have easily become a War. Thanks to the Guidance, Diligence, and Professionalism we were able to avoid such a confrontation and I was able to make the purchase without going to any extreme Expenses, which I was willing to do. Throughout this process Kayln remained 110% on my side even when certain financing issues beyond my control popped up. It was then that I learned just how important the Loyalty of your Agent/Representative is. I have bought and sold a Dozen Properties in my personal & professional life. This purchase was of tantamount importance to me. I can state without hesitation that it could not have come about if I had not been represented by Kalyn Noble. She is by far, Hands Down, The Best, Agent/Broker/Representative I have ever had when entering into the Real Estate Market. Thank you Kalyn,
