Ken,

I wanted to...
Ken,

I wanted to write to you to express my gratitude for all your assistance in the purchase of our new home. I feel you went out of your way to help as the property was far from your location. As challenges arose, you also were a great resource to navigate through them to closure. I must say, this transaction was the smoothest Real Estate transaction I ever had. Not only will I contact you for further properties we intend to acquire, but, will also highly recommend you to others.

Thanks again for all your help!
