•Kat was simply phenomenal to work with. Not just in her openness to listen to what I hoped for vs what I could afford, and her willingness to be upfront about potential future issues and expenses for different properties, but in her compassion toward me throughout the entire process, which came about due to completely unexpected circumstances and left me with a very narrow timeframe to find a place. Kat is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had, making sure I was fully informed every step of the way. She seemed to be available at the drop of a hat for me, but always respected my schedule when reaching out. When I was feeling really overwhelmed by everything toward the beginning of our communication she was remarkably supportive for someone I hadn't yet met in person, explaining the different parts of the process and really breaking it down into manageable pieces. I have told everyone I know that I am so glad and feel so lucky that Kat was my realtor, because she was so amazing through this entire journey, and I truly appreciate all the work she put into getting me and my partner into our first home.
